Tanner update...

Just found out that the adorable little Airedale puppy that came into rescue in early January didn't make it. He couldn't overcome his bad start in the puppy mill. His kidneys failed and he had to be helped over the bridge today. He seemed to be doing OK, but he wasn't thriving quite as well as he should have been, and it seems his little body was too damaged in his early life. He was 4 1/2 months old. Look for a bright new star in the sky tonight.

Poor little Tanner didn't get a lot to work with but from the pictures and words since his rescue, he at least got to experience some of lifes better qualities such as fun, love, and compassion. He passed over the bridge with a bigger heart than he started with because everyone who has anything to do with rescuing animals has sent a piece of their heart with him.
