Most of you are aware that the current Long Gun Registry here in Canada is not doing anything to prevent crime. The only people being punished as a result of this registry are legitimate, law-abiding gun owners who have to register each gun they own as well as keep the paperwork with each gun, including taking it out into the woods (which in my humble opinion is a royal PITA).
Please take a moment and sign this petition to scrap the Long Gun Registry. Lets start directing the money into law-enforcement where it can make a real impact on gun crimes:
